Lighthouse Cleaning
Marketing site for the cleaning DBA. Services catalog, estimate intake, fast on mobile. Leads route straight into the same ops hub Northline uses.
lighthouse.cleaning →Some people need a website. Most need help with the stuff behind one. The Tuesday timesink. The software you forgot you were paying for. The login nobody can find. Tell me what's bugging you and I'll take it from there.
A few common starting points. If yours doesn't fit one of these, keep scrolling.
Work that doesn't fit a pricing page:
Airtable, Notion, or Excel-that-became-a-monster, made usable again. A couple hours often saves weeks.
Cancel the five subscriptions doing one job. Add what's actually missing.
Make your tools talk. Square → QuickBooks. Calendar → email → customer list.
Five manual steps into one. Or zero. The Tuesday-by-hand stuff that shouldn't be.
The customer list that's 40% duplicates. The 2019 inventory file. The CSV nobody wants to touch. I'll touch it.
If it's tech and it's broken, slow, or quietly stressful, tell me. If I can't fix it I'll tell you who can.
Email or a quick form. Don't worry about being technical. The more "it's just weird" the better.
Same dayI write back with what's broken, what's fine, and what's worth fixing first.
Within 2 daysFlat fee or hourly cap, scope in plain English, what you'll have at the end. No retainers you can't cancel.
Same weekLogins, docs, and a 30-day "if it breaks I fix it" window. You're never stuck with just me.
Per projectI use AI every day. Claude for code drafts, ChatGPT for quick research, Cursor in the editor. Not hiding it.
What AI doesn't know: your bookkeeper's setup, that the card reader sits on the same surge strip as the freezer, why the office WiFi drops every time the front door opens. It also doesn't drive to your shop on a Tuesday.
That's the part you're paying for. AI is a tool on my bench. I'm the person who picks it up and knows when to put it down.
I'm Ashmar. I've worked a lot of different jobs in a lot of different places. Warehouses, restaurants, retail, e-commerce, a dental office, and hospital security here in Kodiak. At a couple of those jobs I also ran the database, the website, the ads, and the customer service desk all at once.
I love this work. Database cleanup. Figuring out why something's slow. The moment something that used to take two hours takes ten minutes. I'm also the person who picks up the phone and follows through. Both halves stay.
Northline Studio is one of three small businesses I run under the same umbrella. Lighthouse Cleaning handles residential and small commercial cleaning. Dory is a local delivery app I'm still building. All three run on the same idea: show up, do good work, don't overcharge.
Two builds shipped. A couple more in progress.

lighthouse.cleaning →Square storefront design for a local food spot. Menu, branding, online ordering. Up and taking orders.
twisted-trin-munchies.square.site →Usually $800 to $1,800 flat for a small local site. The number depends on how many pages, what kind of ordering or booking you need, and whether you're starting fresh. You get the exact figure in writing. No "we'll see how it goes" billing.
That's most folks. First call is free so we can figure it out before you commit. Sometimes the answer is "you don't need a new site, you need three settings changed." Either way you'll leave with a clearer picture.
Yes, for ongoing care and regular tech help. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. No lock-in.
Perfect. That's most of what I do. Email the weird thing, I'll quote it.
Mostly. Being able to drive to your office is part of the value. But I'll take remote work that fits, especially in other small Alaskan towns.
Email: hello@northline.design. Usually a reply within a few hours, always within one business day. If you need to talk first, say so in the message and I'll send a Cal.com link.
Everything I build is documented and handed off in a form you (or any other developer) can pick up. Your accounts are in your name. Never stuck with just me.
Or annoying. Or slow. Or bothering you in the back of your mind. First conversation is free. You'll leave with a clearer picture, even if we're not a fit.
